Can't play/preview

Hi I've got the same problem as discussed here:Premiere Pro won't play/preview video footage (the solution that was proposed there did not help) ever since I've updated premiere to the 13.1 version. Can't play/prewiev any video, always stuck with media pending or nothing at all. Sometimes audio files work. Also it doesn't render thumbnails for anything in my project files. Tried opening some old projects, still the same. I've cleaned cache, and switched renderer to software only, but it's still not working. I've tried reinstalling Premiere and using older versions, but I could not open the older ones at all. I've also updated my video driver to this new made made for creators one from Nvidia. I'm using Lenovo Yoga 720 with an Nvidia Gtx 1050, 7th gen intel i5, 16 gb of ram, and 40gb of free ssd storage.

Also whenever I close Premiere it crashes and I have to force quit it.

    I instaled 13.0.1 version which apparently works with Creator Ready Drivers. Works normaly. I guess I'm stuck with this older version.

    Yeah, I'm not the only lame! Same issue here. Updated all drivers, installed the fresh version of PP, watched tons of yt videos for help. And I've got the same screens.
