Question

Can't playback exported video

I have made a 60 second video using pictures from my desktop, and when I export it and try to play the video i get the message: "We can't play the video because it's encoding settings aren't supported. You can still listen to the audio."

I have used pictures in videos before and it's never caused problems. I have also never changed my export settings so I am very confused. I am also working on a deadline so I need this to be solved ASAP.

I have the preset: Match Source - Adaptive High Bitrate and in a H.264 format. Any ideas why this is happening?

Hey Luke,

Sorry for the issue. If you're using a media player to preview the exported video, please check if it supports the H.264 codec. You can try the VLC player (https://adobe.ly/3Tuf9vx) and check if it works. You can also try importing the exported video back to Premiere Pro to preview it.

Thanks,

Ishan

It always has before. The only difference from any other project I've exported is that the video is made up of images. I've been using the windows Media Player as I always have.
