can't reach the relink media/attach proxies window

hello folks. hope that you all doing great in the hollydays.

I'm used to edit in a 2 monitors system but now I'm travelling with my notebook.

I'm trying to use the "relink media" and "attach proxies" but I THINK that I left those windows in the second monitor and I can't reach them even switching the workspaces.

is there a way to "reset" it or to access a "virtual" 2o monitor? I really left the window there or its a bug?
