Can't see the video on Avid DV video files on Windows

Hi. This is not exclusive to Premiere, but perhaps there's people in similar situations. I have a bunch of .mov videos on the "Avid DV" codec.

Info retrieved from the Mediainfo software:

Format: DV

Commercial name: DVCPRO 50

Codec ID: AVdv

Codec ID/Info: Avid

On a Mac with macOS Sierra and the "Avid Codecs LE" Package, it works *almost* sans issues, but on a PC with Windows 10 and the equivalent codec install, with the same video files I can only see the "audio" of each file in all applications (VLC excepted). No idea what to do.
