CAN'T SEEM TO FIND MOTION ARRAY EXTENSION IN PREMIERE PRO 2024

Hello, I upgraded to a computer that is running on Windows 11 pro. I have installed Motion Array plugin on Premiere Pro 2024 but can't seem to find it in the video effects panel. Is anybody having the same issue? Please how do you solve this?
