Can't seem to include stills with my VR video

I have a Samsung Gear 360 VR camera and I'm having an issue.  I have no problem with the vr videos I've taken and processed in PP but when I include my VR stills, each photo, although they are VR, the actual photos are missing part of the picture.  What is showing is a stitched version of the photo.  The best way to describe it is that approximately 75% of the photo is showing with the two ends stitched together cutting out the remaining 25%.
