can't select any adjustment layer

When I try to select the adjustment layer, it deselects itself, impossible to manipulate, move or even add effects on it.

I put a video, you can see clearly what happens. Has anyone ever had this bug, and how to fix it, please?

I've found a solution, just change workspace
