Can't select High Quality 4K along with H265. H265 only offers 8K

I'm having problems selecting High Quality 4K as a preset and then selecting H265 as the format. When I select H265 it changes the preset to 8K UHD.  How do I change this as it won't let me.

Sorry. I found the lock button on the frame size. All sorted now.
