Can`t start Adobe Premiere CC on Sierra OSX

I can`t start Adobe Premiere CC on Sierra OS X 10.12.3.

I open the terminal and push this:

/Applications/Adobe\ Premiere\ Pro\ CC\ 2017/Adobe\ Premiere\ Pro\ CC\ 2017.app/Contents/MacOS/Adobe\ Premiere\ Pro\ CC\ 2017

I get this error:

libc++abi.dylib: terminating with uncaught exception of type dvacore::filesupport::dir_exception: dva_exception::what() error.

I use the Mac as a network user, an Admin User can open Adobe premiere.

    Hi Stefana,

    It is recommended to use Administrator user to open Premiere Pro as it requires read and write access to install files, media & drives.
