Can’t turn off project lock.

When I close the project it locks and I can never edit again. If I delete pprlock the files within the project disappear. When I try to disable project locking, it won't let me, please help I'm so sick of this.

Are you using a Team Project then? And I must say, I'm not familiar with that screen you posted. I've done a lot of Team and Productions in collaboration for a couple years now. So ... I'm perhaps as puzzled as you.

And I have many times deleted the prprlock files without anything happening to the project files. This is ... very odd, somehow.

I don't believe so, I just started a regular project like any other.

A screen grab of the folder on your local drive with the project file in it would be handy ... showing the lock file too.

Go to your Preferences/Collaboration, and make sure that Project Locking is not checked. Also ... make sure you're not working on a Team project.

The point of the post is that it's greyed and out and checked, so I'm not able to uncheck it.

I'm not? It automatically enabled itself. I never turned it on willingly.
