Can't type apostrophes in Adobe Story 2017. (also a question about quick format)

I don't know if I am doing something wrong but whenever I type an apostrophe in the new Adobe Story it isn't being read.
Also, why did they get rid of the quick and easy formatting that just let me hit "enter" and then "c" in order to type a character name. Is there a new way to do that? It just messed up the flow and ease that used to make Adobe Story attractive.

I am trying to write a script and having the same problems. How did you manage to break the apostrophe?? When will this be patched? It should be an extremely simple hotfix. This is extremely frustrating.

Yet another absurdity to this "upgrade." I can also not type apostrophes. WTF?
