Can't upload an MP4 to Creative Document Cloud

Getting an invalid file format error when uploading allegedly compatible file formats rendered directly from Adobe software.

Spent 20 minutes sharing screen with Adobe Tech and they had to rename files because Creative Document Cloud wont accept JPG (Only JPEG) and will not even accept an exported MP4 from Premiere when uploading from desktop whether using a browser or creative cloud app.
