Can't upload video to facebook or Youtube

I haven't had this problem before, but when I try to upload, I get a response error saying that 'the server is not responding.'  For facebook, it also says 'Failed to get upload session ID,'  I have successfully uploaded videos before so I'm not sure why this is happening.  I tried uploading at different times, I tried turning my computer of and on...same message.  Any ideas?

    Try a different browser.

    Hi Peru Bob,

    I'm not quite sure what you mean.  When I upload directly from premier, I am not doing it with an open browser but from the application itself.  It doesn't give me an option for the browser.

    I want to make sure you've updated to 2017.1.2. There was a bug that broke uploading to YouTube in an update previous to that. Didn't think there was an issue with FB, but at least wanted to check it wasn't something a simple as a software update!
