Can you do THIS in premier?

The way he deletes keyframes, and then drages the rest over holding alt to make the resdt of the keyframes fill in the remaining space?

Alt doesn't work in premier, and neither does any other key that I can think of.

Any thoughts?

Did not see the video as you did not mention the time in the video when action is performed.

But I am guessing Roving Keyframes: answer is no, cannot do in Pr.
