Can you help me with editing

There are several ways to achieve this effect. I would personally do this inside After Effects (as it is made for motion graphics), but here's how you can achieve this in PPro:

Step 1: Import the image and drag it out to the timeline

Step 2: Right-click the image and choose Nest...

Step 3: Use Crop effect to size the nested sequence to the desired size on the screen. You can drag out guidelines after activating the ruler in the Program window.

Step 4: Open the nested sequence to perform an animation (e.g. go from top to bottom) using the scale and position effect in the Effects control panel

Step 5: Toggle between the final sequence and the nested sequence to adjust the animation.
