Can you legally use premiere templates for titles etc. and sell a TV pilot to a network

If we are working on a TV pilot and our editor uses a motion graphics template for a title etc. can we then LEGALLY sell the TV pilot to a network.  Is there any restrictions on using templates in premiere pro that we could NOT sell a TV show and let them use the titles etc..

Thanks

To add to Carlos a bit ... if your editor created the mogrt, then he can certainly sell it.

It's a bit more tricky when one takes a mogrt from someone else, mods it a bit, then wants to sell.

And ... I believe the ones that are "shipped" in Premiere are free to use and modify.

It depends where you buy the mogrts from and their license agreements, but most marketplaces

demand buying an Extended License or Multiseat license for specific uses like for broadcast, TV Shows, etc...

So for broadcast uses, better contact your seller, the mogrt creator. If from Adobe Stock, contact Adobe Stock.
