Can youtubers get adobe premiere pro for free?

I have a youtube channel, and want premiere pro to edit my videos. Is thier like an offer that makes premiere pro and other video related apps for free for youtube creators who are starting out?

    Hope I'm not stepping on Adobe's toes, but if you're looking for free software you could check out DaVinci Resolve.

      We don't have any promos as of now, but if you don't want to pay for adobe premiere pro you can use adobe rush it's a free mobile and desktop video editing app.

      Why would Adobe give the CC to you for free if you are just starting out? What would Adobe gain? Keep in mind there are millons of small channels just startng out. Adobe needs to make money. That will not happen if they give it away to millons of small Youtube Creators just starting out.
