Cancel premium pro

Question

Active since 2021 and yet I can't cancel without a $78 ASD fee!!! I never use it and talking to the bot and two agents go me no where. The Adobe don't let them cancel carousel &#x1F3A0; is working 100% LET ME OUT &#33;️&#33;️
