Cannot export multiti channel PCM audio

I have to export a video with multichannel PCM audio for a BrightSign player. I have wasted weeks of time (months in combined efforts with others) trying to get this to happen. IT SHOULD NOT BE THIS DIFFICULT with what is supposed to be "premier" video editing software! I still don't have a usable video. I'm so tired and frustrated with Adobe. (Acrobat still can't make a TOC page!)

Please give the full specs of the deliverables sheet you were given. There are several major broadcaster shop users here that can then assist, but only if they know what you need.
