Cannot find Text Engine

I'm using Premier pro CS6 (6.0.5) and have a problem with Thai Symbol. I have found that I have to change the text engine to 'South Asian and Middle Eastern' but I cannot find the text engine option in preference

What is happening? and What should I do for this problem?
