Cannot get all sequences through qe

Hey guys, I am trying to access the sequneces via qe, sometimes I manage to do so, but after restarting the project I cannot access all elements even though it says I have 13 of those I can access only 8 out of 13

What can cause the issue?

Apperantly issue was that the if project has 13 sequences, and 5 of those are in separated bin, you have to call on that bin getSeqeuneceAt() to get the sequence,
