Cannot move clips in Timeline (v24.6.1 b2)

Hi,
I've spent the past 6 hours working on various projects in Premier, and all of a sudden, it won't let me move clips in Timeline.

I've:
- used the [alt]+App Restart & cleared my settings (RIP😢), and my media cache. That did not work.
- restarted the Premier program, multiple times. That did not work.
- shut down my PC. waited a few seconds, and turned it back on. That did not work.
- Checked for Adobe updates (there weren't any). That did not work.
- Restarted my project in a completely new project file. That did not work.

Any one have any proven-useful and actually effective solutions?

Considering this is apparently an old bug, it would be really great if the devs fixed this. This is a major program-breaking bug that basically renders the entire program useless if you can't move clips around.
