Cannot open Premiere 25 and beta

Question

Whether it is Adobe Premiere Pro 25 or the current Beta, the program will not open for me.
Beta at all, without any message or error. and Adobe Premiere 25, with an error message when I put in a new project. It's been going on for over weeks. Reinstalling, updating drivers, nothing helps. Adobe Premiere 24 works fine.

If you're unable to open Premiere Pro 2025 or the Beta version, resetting preferences may help resolve the issue. To reset Premiere Pro preferences:

Make sure Premiere Pro is completely closed.
While launching the app, hold down the following key:
- Windows: Hold Alt
- macOS: Hold Option
Continue holding the key until you see the splash screen. You should be prompted to confirm the reset.
