Cannot Open Premiere Pro 2021 Program

Question

I was using Premiere Pro 2 days ago with no issues until the program crashed and I recieved an error (linked below). I followed the message and tried uninstalling, reinistalling the application several times. Still, same error. I thought it might be an issue relating to my computer storage so I cleared up space too. Still, it didn't work. All my other Adobe applications work. Why won't Premiere Pro? Can someone please help me, as I need to use this program for assessments? Thank you.

That is a Microsoft problem, so you need a Microsoft solution
Go to the Search bar at the top of http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/ to find and re-install the C runtime, or for ALL Windows help
