Cannot save SRT caption file

I have run into an issue exporting captions as an SRT file. I usually export captions as a sidecar file, but on this particular project when I go Text > Captions > Export > Export to SRT file, it won’t let me save the file. It shows me the correct file location, but when I click Save, nothing happens. The dialogue box doesn’t close and the file never actually saves. The captions successfully export as TXT and CSV. I have successfully exported SRTs on two other videos today. I’ve tried restarting Premiere with no success. Is there anything else I can try? I need the SRT file specifically. Thanks!
