cannot scale text properly with keyframes

keyframe 1 is set at 100 and keyframe 2 is set at 80.

The text just moves up the screen and gets smaller which I guess it is scaling it but it's not keeping the text in the same spot.

For animating the text use the properties of the text itself not Vector Motion.

You might have to change the anchor poit to be in the middle of the text rather than the middle of the frame.
