Cannot set limits on cache

V25.3 and MacOS Sonoma 14.6.1

I can't seem to change the value of either of the two cache settings here.

I can save as a new value, and restart Premiere... but when I go back to the settings they are back to 90 days and 233GB

Is there a way around this?

Hey there, thanks for posting about this. Let's see how we can help! Have you already tried resetting your preferences? This can sometimes fix strange behavior like the one you're describing. Here's a YouTube tutorial on how to do that.
