Cannot Upload Active Sequence to Frame.io Integration

Hello, my team uses Frame.io to collaborate on Projects from within Premiere Pro via the Frame.io panel, but one person is having an issue with uploading from within the software. When she has a Project open on Premiere Pro and tries to upload the active sequence in the Frame.io panel, she gets an error saying “Please open a project and try again”. There is already a project open and the Frame.io panel is connected to the correct account, but it is unable to detect the project that is open. She is able to upload from the Frame.io web app fine, but the integrated panel is not working for her. None of the other team members have difficulty uploading their projects from within Premiere Pro, and they are all using the same 2023 version. Any help with getting this to work would be appreciated. Thanks!
