Canon 1DX III mp4 not working

Its very frustrating that a project I have been editing that used to work, is now no longer working with the latest 2 updates. Canon 1DX III HEVC codec has been activated and working in After Effects but not working in Premiere CC and Encoder. I cant even transcode it.

Please fix it!
