Hi @vuk_3393,

It sounds frustrating to have trouble installing Adobe Premiere Pro! Here are some steps to help you troubleshoot and fix this issue:

  • Use Creative Cloud Desktop App:
    • Instead of downloading the setup.exe directly, try installing Premiere Pro using the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app. This method often resolves installation issues.
  • Run as Administrator:
    • Right-click on the setup.exe file and select Run as administrator. This can sometimes resolve permission issues that prevent the installer from running.
  • Check System Requirements:
    • Ensure your system meets the minimum requirements for Adobe Premiere Pro. Missing specific DLLs or outdated system components can cause the installer to fail.
  • Update Windows:
    • Make sure your Windows operating system is fully updated. Sometimes, missing updates can cause installation issues.
  • Disable Antivirus/Firewall:
    • Temporarily disable your antivirus software or firewall, as they can sometimes block the installation process. Remember to re-enable them after the installation is complete.
  • Check for Background Processes:
    • Open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc) and ensure no Adobe-related processes are running in the background. End any such processes and try running the installer again.
  • Reinstall Visual C++ Redistributables:
    • Download and install the latest Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables from the Microsoft website. Missing or outdated redistributables can cause installation issues.

I hope these steps help you get Adobe Premiere Pro installed! If you need further assistance, feel free to ask. 😊

Thanks,
Kevin
