cant drag clips into timeline

i cant drag anything into my timeline, i created a new project and now i cant drag anything into my timeline. on the left of my timeline there are 2 "S" as you can see in the file i attached

That is not the timeline but the audio meter.

Reset workspace and try again.

Or right click on clip in project window: new sequence from clip.
