Cant Open Premiere Project Without Crash

When I attept to open a specific Premiere Pro project, it crashes at 69% and will freeze. We have reied everything including getting assistance from Adobe. I have no other ideas tgo make this project open!

System Specs:

HP ZBook 15 G5

32.0 GB (31.8 GB usable) RAM

Intel(R) Xeon(R) E-2176M CPU @ 2.70GHz 2.71 GHz

Same here....The only thing I can do is open the project 30+ times and eventually it will let you open it. Just keep clicking it eventually it will open. Ive tried for days on end to get this to work but have found nothing.

Try changing the project file name.

Have you tried backups and autosave files?

What version number was it created in?

What version are you opening it in?

My initial steps were to delete the project files locally and use the backup files I saved two weeks prior. I was having the same issue with the auto-saved files. I will add that the project opened today on my supervisor's macbook.

Try creating a new project and import the old one into it.

Weve tried that several times, it causes the program to crash.
