Caption Quality is so low

Hello Community,

I have 2 problems i want to address regarding adobe premiere pro cc. The first problem is whenever i add caption without background it looks baaad, look at the video below there is somehow black stroke around the text. I have tried different methods but none of them worked. The second problem is titles keep disappearing when i use premiere on laptop!

    Have you checked the tool option to make sure there isn't a stroke being applied?

    What are your current render settings?

    Stroke is not applied mate

    I always use h246 720p facebook and i have never encountered such a problem

    Maybe try a different format when you output. See if you have better results on question 1.

    Can you share more information on question 2. Are they disappearing from your timeline or just not rendered when outputting?

    When you build the movie from your laptop in the exporter to you have the "Burn captions in to video" in the captions tab?

    I have tried different outputs but the results were the same!

    Regarding second question!

    I keep losing the renders on the titles whenever i close the project and reopen it! and when trying to edit the titles i cannot add text nor edit anything!
