Captioneer damages Premiere Pro project

I am using Captioneer in Premiere Pro. When I go to package the file and then I open the packaged project, I get greeted with “The project could not be loaded, it may be damaged or contain outdated elements.”

How do I fix this? Thanks

    Hi @Synthoras9292, it sounds like something is going wrong during the packaging process. Are you using the Premiere Pro Project Manager to collect files?

    It is a standard workflow to collect Premiere Pro project files using the native Project Manager. You can collect and share projects that contain Captioneer .mogrts, and they get packaged as .aegraphic files. We recommend this workflow and it works for other users and in our testing. There’s nothing inherent to the Captioneer plugin that would damage this process.

    Hello @_nicdean. I have used the Project Manager feature, yes. It’s that which breaks it. I will attach here everything that you requested:

    • Your OS and system specs: Attached
    • The collected project (File > Project Manager): Attached but without source files as it’s company material
    • Where are you trying to save to? (i.e. local drive, network drive, CC Libraries, etc.): Locally on my desktop/SSD
    • What .mogrts are you using? (Captioneer .mogrts, or other .mogrts?): I am using a modified .mogrt I did from the Karake base one Captioneer has. I just changed the colours and fonts (.mogrt attached).
    • Email us your debug logs from Captioneer: https://docs.captioneer.com/resources/email-support#how-to-export-logs-from-captioneer: I attached it her

    Hope this helps! I got around the issue by duplicating the project file, then importing the old one in it and more stuff that I don’t remember, but if possible I wouldn’t want to do that every time since I paid quite a bit to get the lifetime licence. Thanks!

    @Synthoras9292

    How do you “package” the file? I dont’ know how Captioneer would create such a problem.

    What version of PR are you using?
