Captions

I'm making captions now and I did one captions track for the 20 minutes of project. I have got a problem when the one of caption it's to far of the next caption, doesn't show on film. When I'm approaching one caption to the previous caption then I can see text.

How can I eliminate this depedence that apearing of captions depence on distance between of them ?
