Captions and editing text styles not working - Premiere 25.0 on a MacBook

Just updated to version 25.0 and captions and editing text styles not working

Usually you can edit the text style in the Effect Controls tab, and on this new version it is blank, no controls showing up.

I'm using a MacBook M2 Max

They're now in the Properties panel. And it's "context aware". So it always changes.

Click on your caption track in the Timeline, you should see the Properties panel showing the old EGP control options.
