Captions Feature - Redefine Style - Essential Graphics

Version: 24.5.0 (Build 57) - Windows 10 Pro

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Is there a way to copy/paste the Align & Transform attributes across all captions in the track? Specifically the "Zone" function in the Align and Transform category.

When editing captions, (within the Essential Graphics window) I select my font, weight, size, alignment, zone, fill color, shadow, etc.

Then I click the "redefine style" option and then select "all captions on timeline".

Every setting except the "zone" setting transfer to all captions on the timeline. Unfortunately, I have to click each individual caption and change the zone to the setting I want.

Is this user error? Missed feature in an update?

@J_Pisciotta , you can solve this for yourself by actually creating a style. Click on the Plus button in the Essential Graphics panel under Track style and select 'Create style...'. Save the style to the project (and if you want also to local to reuse it for future projects). In the track style Premiere will also save the zone settings.
