Captions from transcript not working in language. Also missing captions

Hello I have been using the 'creating captions from transcript' tool

I managed to do a French transcript as well.

But it has sudderly stopped working. I have only the VO audable.

But all the language options have disapeared. I tried to re-set the tool but I am not sure where the settings live?  I am not sure what has happened here. I need this to work.

EDIT I think I was looking athe the wrong dialougue box. Caption intead of Transcribe.
