Captions. How to make one word bold?

I can't get my head around this. Assistance appreciated.

 

I'm using Premier Pro vesion 23.6.0.

    Select the desired text and toggle Bold in the essential graphics panel, I'm on V24 but I believe it's the same on 23.6.0, I've set New to Bold, Caption to Italic:

      I was selecting the text in Source. It never occurred to me to be in Program. Doh!
