Captions in Export tab not corresponding to preview

- Issue - Captions visibility and export don't match export settings

- Workflow details: I have one visible captions track.
1. In my custom export settings captions are disabled and not visible in preview window. When I change export preset they are still disabled, but they become visible in preview window. I can't enable them, clicking on the switch to turn it blue does nothing. Exported video is ok and without captions.
2. Then I try to export the same video again with same settings: captions disabled and invisible in preview, this time I can enable them, but they remain invisible in preview. Exported video contains captions.
3. Third time exporting video with the same settings: captions remain enabled and visible in preview, I disable them and they disappear in preview, video exports correctly without captions.
I have to switch back and forth 3 times to get captions on/off correspond to preview and export.
Nightmare.
