Captions Not Exporting to Media Encoder

After updating my Premiere and Media Encoder, now when I send to Media Encoder to export, the captions disappear in Media Encoder.  I have "Burn Captions" checked and everything and it still doesn't work.

@hopem6029704,

What version of PR and AME are you using?

Please post a screenshot of the captions in the PR timeline, and the export settings.

In AME, do the captions still show as set to burn in? Do you see the captions in the preview window as the video is exporting?

I tested in 25.0.0, and I see no problems. I'm on Win 10.

Do they burn-in if you export with Premiere instead of Media Encoder?

Hey Kevin

I'm not op but I have the same problem.  AME 24.6.4.  Exporting a Quicktime Prores with Burn caption turned on.  I can see the captions in AME's preview but the file does not include the burned-in caption.

AME 25.1 seems to have fixed the problem but I'm not updating to Premiere 2025 yet.
