Captions showing in Program Monitor, even with visibility disabled

Adobe Premiere Pro 15.4.1 (Build 6)

I have been having this issue for a few versions. (Ever since the new CC workflow)

I end up with my Program monitor always having CC visable even with the CC layer view is disabled.

I have attached photos to help show my issue.

Any help would be appreciated.

Be sure to upvote the bug reports. I don't see a staff comment on either one, but that does not mean that they are not addressing it.

That is a really weird behaviour. You do seem to have your CC tracks disabled and yet, they're still showing...

Have you tried resetting your Premiere preferences and then trying again?
