Capture device offline

Prem Pro 20 has stopped recognizing my capture device. I capture through a Canopus ADVC110. I have to capture different formats of video such as dv, hi 8, vhs, etc. This had been working without a problem until recently. I have ruled out any cable problems before I posted this search for help.

Has anyone had a similar problem?
