Capture DV tapes with Adobe Premiere

At the past there was an option to capture video from tape with Adobe Premiere.

From 2023/2024 Adobe stoped supporting this option.

Is there a way to downgrade Premiere version? Or maybe an alternative software?

If I have Premiere CS4, is there a way to activate the serial number during installation?

Thanks!

The CS2-CS3-CS4 activation servers have been removed from service

-So even if you have a disc or saved download, CS2-CS3-CS4 are completely dead

Adobe provides the current and ONE earlier version

I have NOT used either, but many say to try these for SD capture http://windv.mourek.cz/ or http://www.exsate.com/products/dvcapture/
What I used with some old VHS tapes is http://www.scenalyzer.com/ and it works well, do change the default Fat32 to NTFS setting to not have lots of 4gig files
-I have NOT used the scene detect function in scenalyzer, so don't know how well it works
