Capture live video function - older version of Premiere

Dear all,

I work in the field of live broadcasting and use the Capture function in Adobe Premiere to create clips – recording video using a capture card (HDMI, SDI).

This feature is only available in older versions of Adobe Premiere (e.g., 23.6.7). I cannot find this version in the Adobe Cloud app (the latest available version is 24.0). Does anyone have a link to this version? Or to the latest version with video recording functionality?

Use the capture utility that comes with the capture card. For example, if you have a card from Blackmagic Design, use Blackmagic Media Express. If you have installed the drivers you already have Media Express installed.

If you have a higher end video card they may offer capture apps for download. If not cyberlink has a standalone.

That function was discontinued several versions back, and they've made it clear there are no plans to return the function.

Adobe only offers the current and ONE older version... there is no way to get anything older

I don't do that function, so I can't say what other software to use
