CC2018 AE MOGRT - Change fonts in Premiere?

Hi all, I have a template I made in AE CC2018 with a certain font. I would like to distribute it to Premiere only users (CC2018) who may need to change fonts for different languages. I wanted to confirm that this can NOT be done in 2018. And is it also confirmed that this CAN be done with CC2019?
