center channel extractor not active

hello 

im trying to separate music from vocals and tried using stereo imagery and looked for center channel extractor and its not there as show in screenshot 

im using Adobe premier pro 2022 and the songs im using downloaded from youtube , I also used the Vocals and Music Asset from the tatourial 

I Select Edit > Preferences > Audio . and this is what i have 

please help
