Certain Tool Windows Not Loading in Premiere Pro

When I load in a project I am having a problem where my tool wondows will not load in and it will be like a voided space where the tool window is. My timeline will also lag when i move the scrubber and i cannot use dropdown menus for effects and graphics. I dont know what is happening..

Is this happening to all your projects, including new ones, or just to one project?

Have you tried resetting your workspace? Menu Window > Workspaces > Reset to Saved Layout?

This is happenening only to this specific Project and i will try those solutions really quick
