Change playback speed by default ?

Hi,

I would like my playback speed to be at x2 speed, by default. I know the existence of the shortcut, but I'm sick of having to press the shortcut all the time. Is there any option like this ? Similar to the preview option there is in AE.

    I want my playback speed to be 1.0x by default but it's like 1.3x for some reason.  How can I change it to 1.0?
