Change sequence setting black bars

Im trying to export a video but when I do black bars keep showing up. Apparently this is because I have chosen the wrong sequence setting does anyone know how to change them.

    You are using a sequence with square pixels and outputting to non-square pixels.

    What is your source media?

    How are you going to use the output?

    Source Media is your video footage.

    To get the correct Sequence Settings based on your footage, you can drag one of your video clips to the "New Item" icon

    in your Project window.

    You can Select All in the Sequence you're working in and copy/paste into the corrected Sequence to get rid of the black bars while you edit.
